Your experience at Modern Aesthetics is important to us. Knowing what to expect can help your visit go smoothly without any unwanted surprises. Please review the policies before booking an appointment.

On Your First Visit

After booking an appointment, you should have received an email from Aesthetic Record to create a profile and fill out the required paperwork. Please have the required paperwork filled out before your arrival to allow for more time with the Aesthetician. If you are unable to complete the paperwork before your visit, please arrive 20 minutes early to allow extra time for check-in. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your consultation or treatment. Your appointment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

Late Policy

If you arrive later than scheduled, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests and will be charged at full value. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

We kindly request that you notify our office at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of $50.

Additionally, please be aware that any no-show appointments will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service booked. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients' needs. However, consistent no-shows can greatly impact our scheduling and availability for other clients.

Age Requirement

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.

Children

For the safety of your child, we kindly ask that children under the age of 10 are either left at home or accompanied by another adult while you receive your treatment.

Visitors

We are unable to accommodate guests accompanying clients in the treatment area of the spa, including those complying with our age restriction policy.

Refunds

If you were unsatisfied with a service please tell us upfront! Being transparent will allow us to better assist you. Unopened products may be returned within 3 days.
